Seoul has twelve parks strung along the Han River, and Jamsil is one of them — the one that happens to sit directly across from Lotte Tower, so you always know exactly where you are. Every summer, these riverside parks open public pools for a few dollars — nothing close to what a real water park would cost — and between the river views and the price, they've quietly become one of the city's most talked-about summer spots in the last few years. Brownie came along for the afternoon.
